Reservation Policies

Check In: 16:00 h.

Check Out: 12:00 h.

Guarantee policy:

A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior the arrival date in order to avoid cancellation fees.

No show policy:

In case of no show, a one night stay fee will be charged.

Extra person policy:

NH Capri: The third adult will have a 15% discount on the price of 1 adult staying in a double room.

NH Collection Victoria: An 80.00 USD fee applies for the third person in the same room (Junior Suite).

Children Policy:

NH Capri:

  • Children aged 0-1.99: Stay for free in every type of room.
  • An adult with one child aged 2-11.99: The price of the double room for two adults plus lunch or dinner is charged.
  • An adult with 2 children aged 2-11.99: The adult pays rate of 1 person in double room while the children pay the 50% of adult rate in double room, according to the requested room plus lunch or dinner.
  • Two adults with one child aged 2-1.99: The price of a double room for two adults is charged and the child pays the 50% of an adult in double room, depending on the requested room plus the lunch or dinner.
  • 2 children aged 2-11.99 in a separated room from the adults: The price of the double room for two adults plus the lunch or dinner is charged.

NH Collection Victoria:

Minors aged 11.99 and younger are considered children. 12 years and older will pay full rate; 1 child under 12 can share the room with 1 adult in a standard room, and 2 children with 1 adult in a Junior Suite.

Pet policy:

Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Overbooking policy:

In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from INTERNET POWER, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.

The guest will be transported by the hotel to the new hotel.
